These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and maxim888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://maxim888.cam and any related mobile applications, software, or services (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

To register and maintain an account on maxim888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. maxim888 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement across all products and services. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Accounts registered by automated means, bots, or on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through maxim888 or notified by a relevant gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee or director of maxim888 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must register only one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify us promptly of any changes.

4.1 KYC Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal request — and at any other time deemed necessary by the Company — you will be required to complete our KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6.1 Deposits

maxim888 accepts deposits via all Supported Payment Methods. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX are typically credited to your account within seconds. Deposits via direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) are credited following the required number of network confirmations, which varies by coin.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. maxim888 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet: 15 to 60 minutes after approval;
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 30 minutes to 3 hours after approval;
• Cryptocurrency: 1 to 6 hours subject to network congestion;
• VIP Gold tier and above: Priority processing with generally faster turnaround.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method verified under your KYC profile. maxim888 does not accept requests to withdraw funds to accounts belonging to third parties.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (typically between 10x and 20x) is stated on each promotion page. Failure to complete the rollover within the stated expiry window will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any derived winnings.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds remain active in your account, a maximum single bet or spin limit applies (typically MYR 25 to MYR 50 per round). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. 8.2 Disconnections and Technical Faults

In the event of a network disconnection, technical fault, or system error during gameplay, maxim888 will use reasonable endeavours to restore the game to the state immediately prior to the fault. Where this is not possible, the round outcome will be determined by the game's server-side records, which are treated as authoritative. maxim888 accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maxim888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

maxim888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate odds and game results, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

maxim888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or abusive purposes;
• Continued operation of the account poses a money laundering, fraud, or regulatory risk to the Company;
• The Member is a minor (under 21 years of age);
• A relevant authority has issued an instruction or order requiring us to do so.

Upon account termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account after deducting applicable investigations costs, chargebacks, or voided bonus winnings may be returned to the Member at our discretion. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated in violation of these Terms will be forfeited in all circumstances.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method.

maxim888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects Member rights or obligations — we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform, by email to your registered address, or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which maxim888 is licensed and operated. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Nothing in this section shall limit maxim888's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or its users.
